    Hi,

    Specifically i want the filters and filter button the same but i want the page to have a permanently open sidebar with the filters on desktop open on the left side. The filter button for tablet and mobile.

    I worked that out, but still only get the drop down boxes. I need the open filters so its easy to select and view options under private content area

    Hello,

    Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Shop page Widget Area sidebar and add the Filter product widgets as per your requirements.

    I have tried to visit the URL you provided but was unable to visit because every time I have tried to visit the page it redirects to the main page. All the others are also redirecting to the main page. Please provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    It appears to be related to litespeed. I cleared the cache and its nolonger redirecting but i noticed after some time it does this again and again. Please help

    Also can you please check why my site is using Sans-Serif font on product category pages instead of the configured custom font? It used to work but now just noticed its not working.

    Another issue i found. The image thumbnails for example see url, there is images that are not square. I dont want to cut off any of the image but i need them to all be equal square. How do i do that?

    Hello,

    1)I have used the correct widgets in the shop page widget area and the filters are displaying absolutely fine.

    2) Please provide with the relevant screenshots of the area where you want to change the font family to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    3) The images are controlled by WooCommerce itself and our theme doesn’t influence this. To change the ratio of the images thumbnails you need to Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Product Images.

    And you can set the thumbnail crop ratio accordingly.

    2. Anywhere i specify the theme to use custom font, it should do so. Currently it is ignoring what i set in theme options and is using Sans-Serif all over the website. For example go to link given in private part and the whole page using Sans-Serif but i set custom font and uploaded fronts and its not using it.

    3. I know the images are controlled at this place and in the wordpress dashboard. But i have tried setting crop no crop, and the images either end up all different sizes or it cuts off part of the images, i need the images to be the dimension i set and square. WITHOUT CUTTING OFF PART OF IMAGES

    1. Also it should only show the CHILD CATEGORIES of the current category. Not Every single category. Makes the filters below the category filter useless.

    Hello,

    1) I have changed the widgets from the dashboard and the filters are showing absolutely fine as I mentioned in my previous reply.

    Please clear cache and check back.

    2) Unfortunately, There is no other option in theme settings to make the images of the equal size rather than the no crop. You can also try by specifying the image width from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

    OR You can try uploading the images of the exact pixels and resolution.

    3) Unfortunately, we haven’t tested our theme with Rank Math SEO plugin. Sorry but We have not been able to help you with this.

    4) To use filters by brands you need to use WoodMart WooCommerce layered nav in the shop page widget area from Appearance >> Widgets.

    And set it to brands.

    5) You can set the categories widgets to display only children of the current category from Appearance >> Widgets.
