I found some pages in the search engine, I can't delete them, I need help！

I found some pages in the search engine, I can’t delete these pages, such as：

……
I can’t find where these pages are, I want to delete them, please help me, thanks

These are actually the attributes of the Products, You can edit/remove/configure it under WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes as showing in the below given screenshots:
