I want to show all parent & child all categories, but in shop its showing only two categories. please resolve this issue.

Make sure you are adding the widget for the Product Categories not the Blog or Project categories.

yes but if i click on arrow that will show all categories. but i want that default show all categories.

You need to arrange your categories as parents and sub-categories and then display as a Product category widget.
