Changing the Blog Page title

    Hi, how can I change the BLOG page title in blog posts? Tried through WPML String translator and Loco with no success.

    Hello,

    This is simply the Page Title, If you are using your site in single Language then do not need to use any Language plugin and you can simply change the Title by changing the Page title, please see the below given screenshots:

    And if you are using your site in Multi-language and are using WPML plugin, then simply you will have multiple Blog pages for Multi-languages and simply you have to edit the Blog page in Multi-languages and change the Title as per your requirements.

    This is how it works.

    Hi, thanks for answer.
    Yes, i understand what you mean. But on all my blog posts, it says “Blog” on the title, even if I have a blog Title. The blog title is displayed below the title bar, exactly above the image.

    I was thinking maybe this is customizable or translatable? Lets say from Blog to News?

    Worst case scenario, I have to remove it, cause I don’t want it to show “Blog” on every post.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    1) You can just simply rename the blog page with news to make it display news in place of blog there.

    2) If you want to remove it completely from the single post then you can hide it from the edit post.

    Hi, your last message kinda tossed me to the right direction.
    I’m not using the standard Woodmart blog layout, it is a custom made page on visual composer with other plugin solution.

    The thing was i had to remove Posts Page under WordPress settings.
    And now, everything works with Loco Translate, or WPML string translation as the image shows.
