I have defined the sizes in the sparameters, but the banner displays very small on the mobile and we hardly see the information.

I have logged in to your website and tried to deactivate all the third party plugins but was unable to deactivate most of the plugins because the credentials you provided are limited to a single site as you are using multisite. Please provide complete admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
