The customer forgot the password. Not receiving incoming mailbox

    Hello. I cannot get a new password as a customer after I forget the password. 2- I cannot set up a registered mailbox. Please guide me and anyone who is having difficulties with the video uploading Xtemos on Youtube. Thanks

    Hello,

    Our theme does not influence this.

    Alternatively, you can restore your password via the MySQL database. Enter wp_users table and press edit https://prnt.sc/rcz676 then insert your password as shown and chose MD5, save. https://prnt.sc/rcz6ki

    Be very careful editing databases, export it before any changes to restore.

    Access to DB is provided in config.php
