I have checked your site and found that you have activated the CloudFlare CDN cache from your server. Please delete the CDN cache and disable it then check the site, I am sure your issue will be solved because I have changed the other words from Loco translate but those words also not changed on the frontend so it means it is the CloudFlare CDN cache. Please see the attached screenshot.
