1) Please Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file.

Clear cache and check back.

2) To add the Instagram link in the topbar you need to edit the topbar from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Top Bar. And you need to use the text/html module and add the link to the Instagram profile in there.
