Hello,
I watched the video you attached. To remove the brands slider you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Footer >> Prefooter area >> You need to clear the content in it.

It will remove it from all the pages.
If you want to remove it from separate page then you need to edit the page and scroll down and disable the prefooter area for the specific page.
