    Hi,
    I active the base version when I use localhost, it’s ok. But when my website is live, an error occurs in the appearance. How can I fix it?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please Go to Woodmart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file.

    Also you need to make sure that the “http” or “https” used in URL must be the same in both “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” from Settings >> General.

    Clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details and the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

    Clear browser cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it
    myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    To change those images you need to Go to Slider Revolution >> Edit Slider.

    And you can change the images according to your needs.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. To change the image in the slider you need to edit the slider used in the pages from Dashboard >> Slides >> Sliders.

    Hello,

    I saw the document you attached. It seems that the images are no longer on the website, that’s why they are displayed like that.

    Please make sure that you have added the images correctly and Regenerate the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator.

    Clear cache and check back.

    Hello,

    I have provided you the screenshot just to clarify the options in the settings. You don’t need to edit the same page that I edited in the screenshot. You just need to edit the page from which you are trying to change the background images of the sections you highlighted in the attachment.

    To change the logo on the mobile header you need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header >> Mobile icon on the left top.

    Set the logo according to your needs.

    Hello,

    The brands are coming from the prefooter to remove the brands you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Footer >> Pre-Footer area >> Clear everything.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    1) To change the Favicon you need to Go to Theme Settings >> General >> Favicon image.

    2) This error says that the script can’t find the file on the server. Perhaps it was deleted. Just remove that WPBakery element completely or upload a new image.

    Hello,

    You need to edit the privacy policy page and you can delete the section used on the top of the page. Or you can upload the image used inside it again.

    Then you need to delete by clicking the delete button on the module used on the top of the page. For example in this screenshot below:

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. To edit the appearance of categories in the featured categories section you need to edit the page where it is used. Then you need to edit the product categories module. And from the categories order you can set the order of categories.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. To hide it temporarily you need to edit the page and edit the row in which it is added and disable it.
