    I am trying to enter other categories and it does not allow me to do it, the truth has been in that problem for 3 days they could collaborate or indicate how to do it, since maybe I am doing it wrong, I attach an image so that they review which place of categories I mean

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    The categories are added to the Select categories I have checked it and it works. Please advise which menu you are editing.
