Project footer in Portfolio

Hi!
How can I change the text in the Project footer area in the portfolio? Specifically, I would like to change “Other Projects” to “Other Clients” in the individual footer of each project. I don’t see it in the Portfolio or Portfolio Element pages.

Thank you for the reply, but I’m not trying to translate anything into another language. I want to change some words in the footer of the project pages to different words, not a different language.
OK, but it doesn’t matter if you want to translate or simply change the word. You just create a translation (to English for example) and change any word you need. Otherwise, you will need to customize theme files.
