Sticky header doesn't stick

Hi,
All options like Sticky header clone / make it sticky etc don’t work.
Only the bar with logo is sticky, even i disable the option.
I want all the header sticky on desktop
Please help.

I have visited the URL you provided. Please disable the option sticky header clone from WoodMart >> Header Builder.

Then you need to edit all the elements of the header one by one and make them sticky.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.
Clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
