    Hi!
    I’ve found a conflict: BASEL theme with SUMO Reward Points plugin. There is no Confirm order button for guests, when SUMO Reward Points plugin is enabled.
    It happens with Basel theme only. It works fine with Twenty Seventeen theme.

    I use the latest SUMO Reward Points 18.4 and Basel 3.4.1
    Though it worked fine with SUMO 18.2

    Hello,

    Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

    .woocommerce-checkout .place-order input[type=submit]{
	display: block;
}
