    Hi there, I’ve got the products grid set to 3 columns of products, and then 2 for mobile, however it isn’t adjusting for mobile devices, and is still showing 3 columns. The styling also looks very off, most likely due to this.

    Please see attached images as website is hidden before launch.

    If you checking the mobile view by narrowing the browser, please reload the page. If you reload the page and see the same, provide the site admin access for me to check, your site is under maintenance and I cannot check.

    No, I have checked using dev tools iPhone X size, as well as logging in on my iPhone 11 mobile device.

    Credentials provided privately…

    Hello,

    The reason is the custom code in your child theme. Please switch to the parent theme and you will see it is properly displayed as it should.
