    Hi Xtemos Team,

    I have purchased your theme couple of hours ago but when I tried to install it from my WordPress it failed. Then I installed it from my Cpanel. But When I went to import base data it shows some “Ajax Error” and not imported all data properly. For your assistance, I am attaching some screenshots.

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Please make sure you have setup all the necessary requirements of the theme as mentioned in the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

    If you are still unable to import the demo data then provide with ftp or cpanel details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    I have deleted all the previous files and re-installed the theme freshly. I would appreciate if you see the video of your theme installation. Also, I didn’t find the “Header” editing section in my backend. Please fix the issue as early as possible.

    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached and visited your website and the demo data is imported and its working fine.

    If you want to change the layout of and elements of the header you need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header.

    If you want to make the whole website content to full-width then you can do it from Theme Settings >> General Layout.
