    Добрый день!Я создал векторный логотип в svg формате,при попытке загрузить его на сайт он не отображается,читал что может помочь плагин Safe SVG,т.к в wordpress по умолчанию не предусмотрено использование svg формата,но он уже установлен и логотип все равно не отображается,подскажите пожалуйста как решить проблему

    Hello,

    Most likely it is incorrect SVG. SVG format works well withou our theme. You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
    Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

    Загрузить svg логотип у меня получилось,за это спасибо!Но значения которые вы советовали width=”31″ height=”40″ если ставить то логотип очень маленький получается,поставил значения побольше,но видимо где-то в коде темы у вас заложено ограничение на размер логотипа,т.к даже если я поставлю width=”2500″ height=”2500″ он все равно маленький очень.Подскажите пожалуйста как добавить логотип в более высоком размере?

    Hello,

    Please set the width and height as per your needs. There is no limitation.

    Please check the height and width of the wrapping block, perhaps it set the limit for your image.

    Please provide the access and page URL where you are trying to insert the logo.

    Hello,

    Сделал то что вы сказали,но сам логотип больше не стал,увиличился только сам header(шапка),а мне нужно чтобы стал больше именно сам логотип! Может быть нужно что-то добавить в код самой темы или в код svg картинки?Прикладываю ниже скриншоты где видно что я все значения ставлю на максимум,но логотип все равно маленький,а в коде svg файла прописано что высота и ширина по 2500 px

    Я не понимаю при чем здесь плагины и не понимаю что вы показали на скриншоте?У вас не отображаются нужные необходимые настройки или что?У вас же в теме идет разделение на два раздела,нужно нажать по названию радела и настройки становятся видны.То о чем я говорю отразил на скриншоте. (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SZl-rdJ8L4kKXeGXkmQYXYj1Vjq6DhJx) Если я вас не правильно понимаю,то извините за это.Я сделал бэкап сайта,обновил все плагины как вы и сказали,дал вам доступы,просто сделайте что необходимо для рения проблемы,просто потом дайте мне отчет что вы сделали и скажите как в дальнейшем мне регулировать размер логотипа. Надеюсь на вашу ответственность и что мне не придется еще что-то писать по этому поводу.Извини за большое количество текста,т.к я уже потратил на это много времени.Очень прошу побыстрее решить вопрос и подробно расписать что к чему,буду очень вам благодарен за это.Заранее спасибо!

    Hello,

    We have checked once more. The problem is caused by SVG. This is a rectangular image in the square SVG box with empty spaced on the top and on the bottom. https://prnt.sc/rqn1me

    When you increase the width of the logo, the height increases automatically, however, the height cannot be more than the height of the row (200px max) So your SVG reached the height 200px and stopped to expand. You need to take the image and remove these empty spaces, create a rectangular image without empty spaces.

    Я плохо понимаю в программировании,могли вы подсказать какой код нужно добавить в svg чтобы мне увеличить картинку,сейчас не дома поэтому текущий код самой svg картинки не могу отправить,но я вам давал доступы в админку,скачайте пожалуйста от туда картинку последню которая сейчас же на сайте в качестве логотипа используется и подскажите какой код и куда добавить.Заранее спасибо

    Я сделал логотип в иллюстраторе и область вокруг самой картинки я ограничил самим логотипом,там нет пустых мест

    I really had a white area around the logo that took up space and therefore the logo was small. But in Addobe illustrator I kept the logo without a white background around, but when you told me to add width and height to the svg file, I added values ​​that didn’t coincide with the sizes that were set when saving in illustrator (set the sizes larger). Because of this, this interfering white background appeared around the logo.
