.I saw the screenshots you attached.
Please make sure that you have set all the requirements according to the following link:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/Then check by Re-importing the demo data. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details and FTP to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Your issue has been resolved and the Menu is working absolutely fine on my end. Please deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back.
