Title not Centering Properly

For some reason, one of my promo banners it not centering properly and I am not sure why. I included screenshots of my settings and how it shows on the front-end.

Please check this Promo banner element, you could miss the proper configuration, if everything, configured properly, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
