no custom colors and font

    Hi
    I am trying to set up a site with woodmart but althought I am selecting a color eg for the Footer on Footer -> FOOTER COLOR SCHEME OPTIONS ->Footer background it doesnt apply it on the frontpage.

    same thing with fonts from Typography or primary and secondary colors from STYLES AND COLORS.

    They used to work ok until for a reason I dont know the settings on the woodmart theme settings reseted to default today and I had to reapply them manually.

    PS capture1.jpg .category-title as seen on the photo The custom color (#f7c002) loads but it applys the default color (#83b735) and I cannot overide it

    capture2.jpg same on page-title custom color is #f68b24 but applies the default #0a0a0a

    capture3.jpg on Footer I have selected #777 and loads the default #fff

    I am using the woodmart child and have the woodmart installed as well.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    thank you for the prompt answer.
    It seems It started to make sense.

    On the Appearence->customize option the settings loaded there are the default settings.

    If I try to change the eg primary color the changes seems to be applied on the theme. The issue is that I dont want to press publish becouse all the other settings are the default of woodmart.
    I tried to change the setting to the same as the theme settings but I came to the observation that not all fields are present. eg on footer the footer background color option is missing from the customiser.

    Also this happened on a live enviroment and I am trying to troublesoot on the fly. Unfortunately I cannot provide acccess. Can you propose any idea to try?

    Hello,

    Try to clone your site and move to the testing host, list all the issues and provide the page URL I will suggest how to fix. I cannot fix just by the description I should enter and check settings. Correct the settings in the Dashboard > Theme Settings.
