    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    To enable the promo pop up you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Pop up.

    You need to enable the option.

    You can also edit the HTML Block used in the promo popup text to edit the promo banner.

    If you want to ask anything else then provide you with some more explanation with relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
