I need some help in customizing login/register forms.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited the URL you provided. It seems that you wrapped the shortcode of the my-account page in <pre> tag. Please make sure to not wrap the shortcode with any tag from the edit page.

Clear cache and check back. This will fix the issue.
