Is it possible to remove the description tab, or change its position with additional information?
I want it to be in first position by default Additional information

When you leave the description empty this tab would not appear. Woocommerce does not have the option to change the tabs order and our theme does not have either. You can customize Woocommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
