I have visited the URL you provided.

To display color swatches you need to use all the colors attributes as variations from the edit product.

Then you need to select the option from Products >> Attributes >> Edit Attribute >> edit items.

Variation dropdowns replaced by square icons.

To display swatches on the product grid you need to set the attribute you want to display as swatch from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Attribute Swatches.
