Your question is not clear enough. If you mean to open product on click in mobile, you can enable this option in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product styles > find the option “Open product on click on mobile”

I want the product card to be open initially, as in the screenshot. So that everything is displayed, without hover at it.

There are two ways: to change the design on hover effect in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product style or provide your site admin access I will provide custom CSS.
