    Hey,

I added all product images and it seems that many are breaching the product sizes and im not sure why, the products page is showing them blown up to full size! Can you take a look and let me know if I have done something wrong please? Thanks

    Hello,

You can configure the product images. Please read and follow the instruction https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

Hey, thanks for your reply! It seems that the attempt to limit the ratio for shop thumbnails to 1:1 doesnt seems to be working, I’ve applied it and cleared the cache but they’re super oversized.

Not really sure what to do!

    Hi there,

Thank you! Please see the credentials in the private area.
Also, please note it is NOT in the shop area now, it is just the product pages that are experiencing this issue as per the links shown, so its only on the product pages and not the overall shop page.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Please clarify the problem. I am checking the shop page and I see the images as per the configuration https://prnt.sc/rybw59

You can try uncropped setting for images.

Hi, thanks for your reply, please see this: https://silkwormstoreoutlet.co.uk/product/rs-d3-specialist-t8-5-600mm-24-18w/

You can see that the products (this is on the product page, not the ‘shop’ page) are massive and I’d like to limit the height so that they shrink down (they can still be enlarged if you click on the product image for example).

    Hope you can help!

    Hello,

Please have a look at the screen: https://prnt.sc/rymtjm you use not proportional images. The initial image width is 129 px it is too little, cause this width is spread for 1200px which you have set for the Product page.

Such images cannot be used. YOu will have to prepare more proportional images and upload. Check the recommendation for the product page.

    Best Regards
