    I have decided to delete all category products and insert mine, and unfortunately, nothing is showing.

    You just need to add your product categories to the Menu in Appearance -> Menus. We have added one example for you.

    Yes, we understand your request. But it will be the easiest way to change the text from admin panel. Using Loco Translation plugin. Otherwise, you will need to edit theme files that is more difficult solution.
