I search in po.edit of theme and woocommerce but is not included.

You just need to “Sync” the pot file since it seems to be outdated. Then, you will see this text for translation.
Hello,the file is Already up to date with basel.pot,but the problem persists
This text is not related to basel but comes with WooCommerce plugin.
but is not included also in woocomerce file(my woocommerce plugin is translated 100%)
Did you try to click on “Sync” button for the WooCommerce POT file? We tested this on your website and saw the text after synchronization.
