Menu malfunctioning

    Hello. I am using your the fashion colour demo on my site. All changes made to the menu does not take effect. i even deleted the menu but its still there. I think there is a bug in that demo.

    Also, i want to know if it is possible to edit the popup cart which appears when a product is added to the card? I want to add some buttons that will lead to different pages where the user can either upload a design or request for design service depending on which button is click.

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    1) Please make ask your hosting providers to set the value of php max input vars as mentioned in the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/menu-doesnt-save-custom-fields/

    Clear cache and check back.

    2) Unfortunately, you cannot edit the cart popup cart that appears. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    My PHP max input vars is set to 10,000. Does it have to be 5000? Secondly, I don’t have a caching plugin installed yet. Are you referring to my browser cache?

    Concerning the popup cart, can you refer me to the file where i can edit it?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear browser cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and the menu is saving changes absolutely fine on my end.

    I have added a test link in the menu left as added in the header builder and its displaying on the front end.

    I see the change you made on menu left. I want to make ‘New main menu’ as my main menu. when i try activating it as the mian menu, it doesn’t take effect. see attachment. Please help me change the menu.

    I have been abler to make the changes i want on the mobile menu. Why is this desktop version difficult?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. The desktop menu is not difficult at all. It’s just the settings that are confusing you.

    If you want to display only the main menu in the header then you need to Go to >> WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header.

    Then you need to remove the menu modules used there and add a new module main menu and save changes.

    That will add the menu that you selected as the main menu from Appearance >> Menus.

    I just understood how the menu is arranged. The left menu sits on the left hand side of the logo. I can take it from here. Thanks
