Hi there,
when clicking on the “my account” icon in the header only a grey overlay appears but the sign in sidebar is missing.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

we disabled all plugins but couldn`t find any solution.

Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme first.

Hi,
we have tested disabling all plugins already – and now we have switched to the parent-theme and back to child-theme with no difference. Since there is not much code in the child-theme anyway it was not the cause of the problem either.
Since the site /shop is running we can not leave all the plugins disabled for long – but as I´ve said we disabled them one by one already.
Try to edit your account element in the header both on desktop and mobile and set “Sidebar” display for both.

You need to set this on mobile header as well. Switch to mobile header layout and find the account element there.

we did the same setting on mobile header aswell although this does not make any sense to us to have on mobile a “sidebar” but it hasn`t changed anything anyway – neither for mobile nor desktop
No you didn’t change that for mobile devices. We have fixed this for you.
