Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I explain you above, I test it and not appears. Also if I create a page with the classic wordpress editor without using visual composer then not showing. This show when I create the page with visual composer
If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not our theme bug. It seems that WooCommerce doesn’t support shortcodes in that area.

You didn’t write anything about the default WordPress theme. You said that it works correctly if you are using standard WordPress editor there. Could you please send us a screenshot of how it works with Twenty Twenty theme when you are using WPBakery elements?
