Error 403 when saved them options

When I save theme options I recieved all time error 403 forbidden.
This is the log error for this error

As we discussed in other topic, 403 errors caused by the server for a certain reason. Could you please talk to your host provider first and ask them why the server blocks that request?

My host provider desactivated any rules for mod_security .
