Parrallax on mouse not working

OK
But what i mean it’s that i’ve copy some section in visual composer from other pages
ex : https://new.fuseauxdelavande.com/home-travel/
Where the parralax effects are working
But when i add the model from vc to my homepage they dont work
https://new.fuseauxdelavande.com/ at the bottom of the page for example
I have the same problem when i copy and paste the code in the page editor
Any idea

I also have another problem with slides
I have create a slide ir (with your slide including in theme) :

The first slide is ok, its what i want, so i duplicate it to create the 2nd and save it !
But as you can see bg image is not appearing

You have two blocks one with left pic and text right / one with right pic and text left (the first begin by “Hotels in Miami with…”)
This two sections have parralax effects on image (screenshot1)

I’ve copy and paste the code from this page where the effect on the two section is working

Parralax is working on this page because prefooter is disable

When i activate my prefooter parralax stop working on this page too
