Basel: how to pit icon and text block in line on mobile

On the mobile, I divide row into 3 parts (1/3 page, 4 columns). In each part, I have an icon and a text block. https://ibb.co/VWXkTg4 They show on the same level on PC, it’s good https://ibb.co/XCjP4Cq
But on mobile, the text block is showing below the icon, like this https://ibb.co/5RkwcTK
Can I force the icon and text to show on the same level on the mobile?

thanks for your suggestion. I managed, but I used a combination of setting colum widths on the mobile screen (12/12), and I also copied some setting you used in your demo from https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/home-marketplace/
So it worked in the end. Thanks!
