Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please make sure that you have set all the requirements as specified in the following link:

Then make sure that you have installed and activated all the Recommended plugins.

You can follow the steps in the following link:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

Then Go to WoodMart >> Base Import >> Import Base Version then select the demo layout.

If the problem still continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have visited the URL you attached. To Change the content in the shipping and delivery tab you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Tabs.

Then you need to edit the HTML Block used there from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.
