There is no option to create a vertical menu. At the same time you can consider a trick: Add Category element and assign the menu which you want to be vertical, but do not assign it as the main menu in Appearance > Menu. Besides Header builder has Secondary element you can use it as horizontal. Also, you can use the main menu element.
