    Hi, Since i make a purchase,i can’t customize the theme. i have a lot of bugs. I need help

    Please create the main menu in Appearance > Menu and assign it as the main menu, you will solve the problem shown on the screen 1.

    the 2nd screen show a message (NOT FOUND). it appear when I try to validate a change. example that I create a menu and I want to validate

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hello. I still have the problem even after deactivte all plugin not related.

    i’m not able to validate change in theme options. After hiting the button “save options” you have the result in the 1st screen picture attached.

    on the second screen attached, you have an example of options i have tried to validate.

    As I said in the previous message, errors only occur when I try to customize your theme. I don’t have any problem with the pages or the server. everything is displayed when I access the site. all the links work. it’s just when I try to validate the customization that I have the problem. so it’s related to your theme and I don’t know how to solve it even if I follow the link you sent

    Hello,

    In most cases, this issue is connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 10 000
