1) For the logo Please provide the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) You can set the size of the logo from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header.

There are no any required or required sizes for the logo. For our demo we used 370×55 for logo, 16×16 for favicon and 152×152 for retina favicon.
