    Hi check video on private content, the quick view and the compare button on mobile and tablet layouts is hidden by display: none
    this is also checked on your demo templates

    Currently I am unable to see anything in the attachment you provided the link. Please make sure that you attached the video or provide some relevant screenshots of the specific area with the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached. Please elaborate what you really want to achieve with the quick view disabled for the mobile view in the product style you are using with the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    the problem is that the quick view and compare buttons are not displayed on mobile and tablet layout, i have always quick view and compare functions enabled, so shiw should not happent

    Hello,

    The Quick View in some of the product styles is disabled for the mobile version that’s why it is disabled.

    You can find the product grid style that have all the options enabled and set it according to your needs from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles.

    If you want to use the same style then please add the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for mobile and tablet area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .quick-view.wd-action-btn.wd-quick-view-btn.wd-style-icon {
display: block;
