Error in header after moving site from Test Site to new Domain

    Hi Guys im getting this error in header of the website after migrating the theme from test environment to new domain:

    Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/customer/www/oceantestsite.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/basel-dynamic-1582549708.css) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/inbles/:/tmp:/usr/share/pear) in /home/inbles/domains/indigoinflatables.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/basel/inc/classes/Dynamiccss.php on line 34

    I disabled all plugins but warning is still present?

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    I have included site login and FTP details below

    Please try to migrate your site again with the free plugin All in one WP migrate. This plugin would transfer the site without any errors.

    Hi unfortunately I cant as the site is over 2GB and they want me to upgrade to a paid plan

    Is there no way to fix the error rather than having to start over?

    Such kind of issue is out of our support scope. Try to find another migrating plugin.
