    Hi, I have a banner under the footer and I need to turn it off. How do I turn it off?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that you have added the Promo pop up shortcode in the footer copyright area.

    Please remove it then clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
