this is our templete below

and we did it for mobile to hide some parts just we let two parts to be shown

just this was visible before but for now i dont know why all the website is visible on the mobile screen

see it in the video all parts available i want to just the slider and the products be available on mobile

and there is another thing i hope you fix it
when we click on a product to open it needs a some time to open it if there was an mark or effect to client know that the process is loads
it will be helpful thing..

Hello,

You need to use WPBakery responsive options and hide all columns that you don’t want to see on mobile devices. Check plugin’s documentation for this https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/learning-more/responsive-settings/

Thanks for you information
It was helpful and i did it
But just there is that proplem i couldn’t do anything with it in mobile I cannot remove that two raw with have gray and pink color
What can i do?

You need to set padding top and bottom to 0 for both rows. Add your paddings to columns instead.
