It works well on default theme. I was just wondering if it has to do something with ajax perhaps?

On WoodMart: I have inserted the link and saw the home page, I have added a product to the cart, no discount appeared in cart or checkout.
On Storefront:
Shopping cart – no discount appeared
Check out – https://prnt.sc/sepm57
When I was on the checkout and inserted the link I got to the home page in the same way as it was in WoodMart.
Please check the documentation on how this coupon should be applied correctly at what stage it should be inserted and where.
Just switch to the Storefront theme and check you will see.

Perhaps the plugin works you should find our how it should work. Then check on both themes if it does not work on WoodMart.
