    Categories order are not showing as per the order set in products -> categories

    I want to show only parent categories in the search bar

    Hello,

    The search bar Select categories show all the existing categories on the site. Unfortunately, there is no option to change.

    no answer of my question I am asking again
    1) Can I exclude subcategories
    2) I have set the order in products -> categories but still showing alphabetically

    Hello,

    1. You cannot exclude the categories.

    2. It is displayed in a random order it cannot be changed.

    Hello team, Please take the issue seriously no CMS show the category listing in random order.
    what is the use of order category in Product -> Categories
    Please review CMS before answering anything

    Hello,

    Categories are shown in alphabetical orders. This option cannot be changed, unfortunately. All the categories: both parent and child would be presented.
