Hi, I am working on the slides of woodmart theme, I have put an image of 1600x500px but when I see it on the phone, it has a long empty space. How can I fix it? On desktop is ok

Any image is scaled on mobile proportionally. When the image width is narrowed, the height is narrowed as well. You can check it on a single image element with any theme.
You can hide the column with the image on the mobile and show another column with an image on the background.
