i have provided the page url in the private content above. I am sending it again here in the private content.
The images used are 1080 * 720 and i have also set that in the settings (image attached), am i missing something here?

The extra tab is loaded via csv only when the product is out of stock. If the product is on stock there is no tab. So if there is a tab i would like it to have it open if that is possible.
