Datepicker for Countdown doesn't respond to ":", no exact ending hour:minute

Greetings,

The tooltip suggests that we can alter certain hour & minute when countdown counts to but in reality it only gives a date with no option to write, say, “12:00” after the date.

Any help would be highly appreciated,
