Dimension images correctly

Good day. I would now like to upload my products. Google Speed test states that the images can be dimensioned even better. https://nimb.ws/Xx8SV0 & https://nimb.ws/5g4qJ8

Google Speedtest with woodmart demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/lighting/fermentum-potenti/?opt=images_bottom : Here you can see that it is optimally dimensioned.

On the Woodmart demo page, nothing is displayed in the Google Speed test regarding dimensioning. What did she do to solve that?
