Weird problem with internal links on blog posts

Hello,
I’ve updated to the latest version of your theme and since I have a really weird problem. Each time I add an internal link in a blog post, I receive a mail notification about approuving a new comment, and this for each link… and when I go the the post page I have just under the comment area this :
2 THOUGHTS ON “Test”
Ping : Article Test
Ping : Article Truc
You can see what I’m talking about in attached files. Never experienced this and before the update I didn’t have this problem…

Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
