Now your tabs work correctly on both desktop and mobile. Product page structure is the Woocommerce template. Woocommerce always arrange the product information in tabs.

You can consider the option of extra block. You can create an HTML block with the content and insert it After content, Before Content, Prefooter. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings

Alternatively, you can insert all the information in the Description and remove additional tab and brand and all the product information would be always open in desktop and mobile.
